The 2007 LINC conference in Jordan aims to bring together international experts involved in the delivery of technology-enabled learning and 'e-learning' to emerging
regions of the world, especially to underserved communities. There will be three major focuses at the conference this year: cross-border collaboration in e-learning;open source educational content; and technology-enabled education as a catalyst for positive educational change.
